- Partnership certificate or deed/Incorporation Certificate, if applicable
For Registered Office Address
- Rental or Lease agreement if premise is rented or leased
- Address proof - Latest tax paid receipt or sale deed if premise is owned by Partner

Types of Food Licenses by FSSAI
- Food Business Registration: Best suitable for Food Business Operators whose turnover is below 12 Lakhs. Examples: Canteens, Tea/coffee stalls, Bakeries, Small hotels, etc..
- State Food License Registration (Karnataka only): Mandatory for Food business operators whose turnover is above 12 lakhs. Examples: Cafes, Food & Beverage Restaurants, Caterers, retailers, marketers, and distributors etc.
- Central Food License Registration (PAN India): Mandatory for Food businesses with turnover above 1 Crore and operations outside a given State or in multiple States across India. Examples: Restaurant/Cafe chains, Manufacturers, Food Storage, Transporters. etc..
Eligibility Criteria for Food License by FSSAI
- Food business operators with expected turnover below 12 Lakh rupees are eligible for obtain Food Business Registration
- Food business operators with expected turnover above 12 Lakh rupees are eligible for State Food License
- Food business operators with expected turnover above 1 crore rupees and operations in multiple states are eligible for Central Food License
- If a Food Business Operator is operating in more than one state one additional Central License for Head/Registered office is required
- Every food business operator must be licensed or registered
- Importers to take one single central License at there IE code address
- One premise with multiple kind of businesses is eligible for one licence registration only
- Every food business operator must comply with the conditions of licence registration
